I brought my 2011 Jetta 2.5L to Dubwerx for a comprehensive inspection because I want to keep the car long term. Liam was great. He was patient, kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything they found. The inspection itself gave me a really useful roadmap. My main issue was the pricing. The N80 valve was quoted at $242.17 when the genuine VW/Audi part is around $67 retail, which is about a 262% markup. The spark plugs were about 94% higher than a comparable NGK set, and the transmission fluid charge alone was about 153% more than a complete high quality 09G service kit that includes the fluid, filter, gasket, hardware, and fill adapter. I understand a specialty shop has overhead, warranty costs, and parts markup, but the total estimate was so high that I was literally shopping for another car. I later took the same repair list to an independent VW specialist who quoted me about $1,800 for everything. They also missed one burned out headlight during the comprehensive inspection. I would still recommend Dubwerx for their VW knowledge and customer service, but the pricing was just too high for me personally.

Brought my 2018 Porsche Macan to Dubwerx for my second visit and they knocked out an oil change, spark plugs, and a transfer case service. They explained everything in detail before starting on the work, pricing was up front and much more reasonable than the dealership, and the work was done when promised. They even left a water bottle and a cookie in my car after giving it a fresh hand wash. Hard to find an independent Porsche specialist in Cincinnati you can trust- I won’t take my car anywhere else.

These guys are the best. Very polite and professional. I thought I might have to get rid of my 2006 VW bug that I love but no they were able to get everything working great again. They called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on and what to expect. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. When it was all done they sent me a report of what was do next and when. Great group of guys. Thanks for all your hard work.

I regret not finding Dubwerx earlier—I’ve always gone to Audi Connection for service. But this time, I definitely made the right decision. Not only were they able to fit me in at the last minute before my trip, they also fixed my rear parking sensor issue for less than half the price Audi quoted. To be clear, the sensor itself was working fine—it had just come loose and needed to be secured back onto the rear bumper. Audi quoted me $500 for this, while Dubwerx handled it quickly and professionally for a fraction of the cost. Really impressed with their honesty and efficiency.

The service is great! I didn't know what was wrong with my car after my engine light and EPC light came on. They had it fixed within 24 hours! They don't try to sell you things you don't need too! They just do the essential fixes. I greatly valued the experience. Most of the time the service I request is an oil change and tire rotation. They also do a great job. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and pleasant. Their service is friendly, amicable, and warm.
